If you're having trouble with your Gmail block, please try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Wi-Fi - Check the internet connection of your smartphone or tablet. If it isn't connected to the internet, please enable the internet connection using your Setting on your iPad;
- Gmail Account - Check whether Gmail is working properly from an Gmail web service or application.
- Re-Authenticate the Gmail block, by pushing “Reauthorize Gmail” after activating the dialogue by tapping the Gmail block icon on your block list.
- Activate a dialogue by tapping the Gmail block icon on your block list, and push “Forget this Block” once and delete Gmail block. Then, re-add the block back on your block list.
