Both Raspberry Pi and your iOS device require internet access and Bluetooth. Please ensure these turned are ON first.
There are two ways to check the network status of Raspberry Pi.
1. For people who have a MESH Hub status board
You can check the network status of Raspberry Pi by observing the flashing pattern of the LAN LED or Internet LED on the MESH Hub status board.
- When LAN LED is blinking
A blinking LAN LED means that the Raspberry Pi is not connected to the Wi-Fi router. Please check the wireless settings on the router such as SSID, Password, and other settings.
- When Internet LED is blinking
A blinking Internet LED means that the Raspberry Pi has no internet connection. Please check the internet setting on the Wi-Fi router, such as the connection, proxy, and so on.
- When both the LAN LED and Internet LED light up
If both the LAN LED and Internet LED are lit up, it means that the Raspberry pi has a normal internet connection. If you cannot connect MESH Hub under this condition, reboot the Raspberry Pi and start the setup from the beginning.
2.For those who don't have a MESH Hub status board
The Raspberry Pi requires internet access. Please ensure the internet connection is available by using a web browser or ping command on the terminal.
