My MESH block is paired to my device, but it is not responding.

If your MESH block is not responding it may not be paired via Bluetooth to the app.

Try the steps below to check the status of the MESH block.

Check to make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

To check if the MESH block is powered on:

  • Press the bottom, silicone portion of the block once and a green light should blink.
  • If not, power on the MESH block by long pressing the bottom, silicone portion of the block until a white light glows.

To check if the MESH block is paired to the app, press the bottom, silicone portion of the block twice:

  • If the block glows blue then it is paired to the app.
  • If the block blinks blue then is is not paired to the app.

To pair the MESH block:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Tap the "+" icon on the MESH app to launch pairing mode.
  • Power on the MESH block and place it near the MESH app. 
  • The MESH block will automatically pair with the MESH app.
  • Select "Pair" in the pop-up on the app.
