MESH is paired to my device, but it is not responding.

If your MESH tag is not responding it may not be paired via Bluetooth to the app. Try the steps below to check the status of the MESH tag.

Check to make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

To check if the MESH tag is powered on:

  • Press the bottom, silicone portion of the tag once and a green light should blink.
  • If not, power on the MESH tag by long pressing the bottom, silicone portion of the tag until a white light glows.

To check if the MESH tag is paired to the app, press the bottom, silicone portion of the tag twice:

  • If the tag glows blue then it is paired to the app.
  • If the tag blinks blue then is is not paired to the app.

To pair MESH tags:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Tap the "+" icon on the MESH app to launch pairing mode.
  • Power on the MESH tag and place it near the MESH app. 
  • The MESH will automatically pair with the MESH tag.
  • Select "Pair" in the pop-up on the app.
